For my assignment using flash in different situations and with different lighting I photographed my mother outside of our house, catching her while she was jumping up in the air and using fill flash while taking portraits of her sitting under a tree.  I also captured images of my camera case and a highlighter while they were up in the air after I threw them.

These are a few of my first attempts at taking portraits of people. There are a few portraits of baby chicks sprinkled in.  :)

Digital Photography: First Assignment

My photos for the first assignment.
I used a piece of Greek pottery for my white balance photos.  The light in my photos is natural light, poking in through the window from behind me and to the right.  I didn't use flash.
